This is the first time I've painted on coarse linen. It's rather fun.

Underpainting: The King is dead, long live the king!

This is a work in progress. Much of the underpainting will be covered by the next layer. This style is something I was playing with and showing at Elaine Horwitch Galleries in the 80's.
